DOQQ Downloader  

This is an ARC IMS application which will let you download Digital Orthophoto Quarter Quadrangles from color-infrared photography for the State of Louisiana. Each downloadable archive contains a MrSid compressed image file, a MrSid world file, a JPEG file and several files with metadata in different formats.

1:24,000 Scanned Topographic Maps (DRG's)  

This is an ARC IMS application which will let you download 1:24,000 DRGs for the state of Louisiana. The files that are downloaded are winzip archives. Each archive contains an image file as a Geo TIFF and an associated ASCII world file.

1:250,000 Scanned Topographic Maps (DRG's)  

This is an ARC IMS application which will let you view and download 1:250,000 DRGs for the state of Louisiana. The files that are downloaded are winzip archives. Each archive contains an image file as a Geo TIFF and an associated ASCII world file.

1:100,000 Scanned Topographic Maps (DRG's)  

This is an ARC IMS application which will let you download 1:100,000 DRGs for the state of Louisiana. The files that are downloaded are winzip archives. Each archive contains an image file as a Geo TIFF and an associated ASCII world file.

Getting MrSid Viewer  
To display the MrSid files, you will need a viewer. LizardTech, the maker of MrSid, has a free stand alone viewer that you can download and install. Click here to visit the Lizardtech site and download the viewer.
